Dependable, hands-off website management, security, and content updates for builders, contractors, and trade specialists.
Your website is often the first place an architect, developer, or high-value client visits to verify your reputation. But as a busy construction professional, managing a website is usually the last thing on your to do list.
Outdated plugins break pages. Hacked websites destroy hard earned trust. Stale project galleries make your firm look inactive. And dealing with slow offshore helpdesks when something goes wrong is a waste of your valuable time.
Whether you run a main contracting firm, a high-end residential build company, or a specialist sub-contractor, we take total ownership of your WordPress site so you never have to worry about it again.
Please Note: These plans apply to most small business websites, but if your site has business critical functionality or more than 50 pages then we’ll need to provide you with a custom quote.
* Support is provided within our office hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

A custom built website needs maintenance, and that comes with certain technical requirements. Some construction businesses have the time and expertise on hand to carry out maintenance themselves, but many find it’s more cost effective (and much less hassle) to outsource their website support to a specialist. And who can be better equipped to maintain your tailor made website than the people who built it? Subscribing to one of our website support plans gives you peace of mind, ensuring that your site is always maintained, optimised and protected, while you focus on building your business.
Of course! When it comes to making small changes such as adding a new blog post or updating some text on your website, we always encourage our clients to do this in house as it’s quick and simple.
But if you’re not comfortable doing this, don’t worry! We’re always here to help whenever we’re needed, whether it’s making small changes, or handling more complex software and security issues.
Each of our plans includes all of the essential maintenance to keep your WordPress site secure and optimised. Depending on your budget and needs, we can also provide support with anything else you need to grow your site as your business expands. You’ll find a complete breakdown of our three plans, Maintain, Support and Grow, further up the page.
Different packages include different levels of coverage. However, most of the common issues will be covered by our Website Support plans.
The main exception is for issues that have been caused by human error within your team, such as making changes in house that impact website functionality. In this situation, you may be able to use support hours for us to resolve the issues, if these are included in your plan.
As a Support or Grow subscriber, you’ll receive a monthly allowance of website support time. You can use this time for tasks related to your business’s website. For example, you might want some pages updates, or some help setting up Google Analytics, or verifying your domain with your email marketing tool. We can help with pretty much anything that relates to your website.
We’ve been helping clients with their websites for over a decade, and we’ve seen it all. If you’ve got a specific task in mind and you don’t see it mentioned here, just get in touch and ask us!
Yes, you can! Any unused support time will automatically be rolled over for up to 6 months on the Support plan, or 3 months on the Grow plan. By the time we do your website review, you’ll likely have some time stored up for us to carry out any changes or updates you may need.
Don’t panic! If something isn’t working as you’d expect, we’re always your first point of contact. We’ll diagnose the problem, and get to work fixing it immediately if it’s covered by your Website Support plan.
If not, we’ll provide clear information about what’s wrong, giving you the flexibility to have the issue resolved either by us, or by an alternative provider.
Traffic is an important metric for measuring how your website is performing. We make it easy to see how many people you’re attracting by installing Google Analytics – or a compliant alternative like Independent Analytics – on your new website. These tools keep track of visitor figures.
We can also keep you up to date by sending monthly visitor statistics if you choose a Website Support plan with this feature.
We like to check in with our clients regularly to discuss how the website is performing. This gives us all a chance to sit down and review the site, making sure everything’s up to date, working as it should, and attracting the right people.
This is a chance for both sides to make suggestions for improvements, or put forward new ideas that could produce even more powerful outcomes.
Yes, all of our website support plans include premium web hosting through our UK based cloud hosting partners. Our hosting is fast, secure, reliable and managed by us, so you’ll have complete peace of mind.
Yes, of course! Just book a call with us to discuss your current site.
As we won’t have been involved in the design and development, our first step is to learn more about how your site has been built. We do this by undertaking a website mini-audit.
The audit involves reviewing and assessing your current site, identifying issues & opportunities, bringing your site up to date technically, plus some time to fix functional issues such as broken contact forms.
Website audits start at £250 + VAT and are charged on your first month's invoice.
Just book a free 15 minute call to get the ball rolling so we can discuss your site and what level of support would work best for you.
Then we'll send you our Terms & Conditions and get you set up on our billing systems. Once that's all sorted, we'll start the progress of migrating your website over to our hosting servers and setting everything up.
Stop wasting time trying to fix broken plugins or worrying about whether your site is secure. Let us handle the tech while you focus on running your business.
