Phillips Building & Property Repair is a specialist builder working exclusively within the insurance industry. Rather than working directly with homeowners who need their property repaired, Phillips work with insurers and other providers of insurance work to secure property repair jobs.
Despite their skill and experience, Phillips’ professional credibility was being undermined by a broken, outdated website with no case studies. Potential direct clients saw them as a “small-time” company that would not be a reliable partner.
The first step was a total website redesign and updated content to communicate the fact that Phillips is credible, established, and a safe partner for a big insurance company to work with directly.
As part of the project we set up a Careers and Recruitment page to direct great talent their way so they now have an always available channel for finding good people on-site. We also increased discoverability by referring them to our partner and Google Business Profile expert Jo Hailey at Striking Places, who helped them set up a Google Business Profile.
The new website and enhanced online presence has completely changed how the company is perceived by their target clients. They are now seen as professional, reliable and credible by insurers looking for direct partners.
